Norie Lee brings a rare combination of lineage and discipline to every project he oversees. A third- generation contractor, he grew up around the trade before he ever picked up a set of blueprints professionally, and that inherited craftsmanship shows in his attention to the details most builders overlook. His years of service as a US Army veteran instilled the structure, precision, and accountability he now applies to every job site, and his PMP certification sharpens that discipline into a system clients can rely on: clear timelines, transparent communication, and work delivered to the standard it was promised. As a Class A licensed contractor, Norie manages every phase of construction personally, from first permit to final walkthrough, so that the vision Angela designs is built exactly as it was intended, without exception.

Who We Are
Wilson Lee Interiors & Construction began with a simple observation: the finest homes and spaces are never the product of two disconnected teams handing a project back and forth, but of one shared vision carried from first sketch to furnished final room. What started as a boutique interior design practice, led by Angela Wilson Lee’s eye for timeless, human-centered spaces, evolved deliberately into something rarer. Today it is a Class A licensed, full-service design-build-furnish studio under one roof, helmed alongside Chief Director of Construction Norie Lee. That means no gaps between the drawing, the build, and the finished space, no compromises made in translation, and no detail left to chance. The firm is entrusted with residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Virginia’s West End and Glen Allen, throughout the country, and abroad, for clients who understand that a well-made space is both an art and a discipline.
